Q1: Can I use your product(s) outdoors?
A1: Patlite products are generally not designed for use outdoors. Horn-style audible products can be used outdoors if mounted and sealed properly. Otherwise, additional protection must be designed for the product. These products are not protected against UV or lightning.
Q2: Do any of your products have a NEMA rating and what is it?
A2: The following products passed testing per UL-50 at a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL): LCE (direct mount only), LME (direct and aluminum pole mount, LU7 (except LU7-V1), EW and EWS horns. The rating is Type 4 / 4X / 13.
