Visualize Component Suppling Priorities

Issue

Requests for supplying components to the machining equipment were displayed using lights. However, when multiple facilities are waiting for components simultaneously, supply personnel could not determine the priority, resulting in delays in component supply and subsequent downtime.

Proposal

The sensor detects component inventory levels and when they fall below a threshold, it outputs a signal from the WIO transmitter to the WIO receiver, which then aggregates the signal wirelessly to the PLC. Supply personnel are instructed to the supply location via electronic panel, resulting in a reduction of component waiting losses.
